The rent is $900 per month, which includes covered parking, water, and sewer. If no parking is needed, the rent would be $825 per month. Utilities (gas and electric) average around $80 per month.

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. While we love pets, this apartment is pet free.

This apartment could be rented for either residential or commercial use.

Tenant should have a monthly net income of at least three times the rent and a credit score of at least 650. A credit check and a background check will be performed as part of the application process.

The carriage house and the main house were built in 1914. The second story of the carriage house was remodeled into an apartment in 1985. It has central air and Pella windows. The tenant has a covered parking space on the lower level. There’s also room for a bicycle on the lower level.

Once you live downtown, you’ll love the convenience of walking or pedaling to your favorite destinations.

In the middle of Fort Wayne’s bustling downtown, within the gated back yard, you'll find a little oasis. Two large trees provide shade, and there's a small patio with a couple of chairs for the tenant.
